I do not accept health insurance or facilitate the processing of reimbursement claims. However, we will generate a superbill to provide our patients to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. 

For your convenience, the following forms of payment are accepted: check, all major credit cards, and cash app.

Appointments are made to reserve a specific time for you; therefore, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for canceling or rescheduling an appointment. The full session will be charged for appointments that are missed, canceled or rescheduled without 24 hours notice.
